תומר צרפתי נולד וגדל בעיר באר שבע, סיים את לימודי התיכון בהצלחה במקיף העירוני א' במגמת בניין ואדריכלות.

בשנת 2006 החל את לימודיו במגמת "אדריכלות ועיצוב פנים" במכללה הטכנולוגית באר שבע. מיד בסיום הלימודים ובמהלכם השתלב באחד מן המשרדים הגדולים בדרום.

מתחילת שנת 2011 בעל משרד עצמאי לאדריכלות ועיצוב פנים.

חבר באגודת אדריכלי הפנים בישראל (א.א.פ.) המשויכת לארגון הבין לאומי (I.F.I).

צוות המשרד מבקר בתערוכות בארץ ובעולם לעיתים תכופות ומתעדכן תמידית בטרנדים וחידושים מעולם האדריכלות והעיצוב.
